Dedicated Immunization Champion:
V2SC presented the HPV Vaccination Provider Education Program, including Announcement Approach training, to staff at each Physicians Care practice.
Practices built the Announcement Approach into clinic workflow, set HPV vaccination goals, chose QI strategies, and utilized V2SC educational materials with patients and staff.
At 3-month intervals, V2SC and the Physicians Care Immunization Team met on Zoom, to assess practice vaccination data and discuss progress, challenges, and solutions.
Hats off to the amazing leadership and communication skills of Quality Assurance Director, Michelle Walker, R.N., and the support of Dr. Huey Kidd.
Your support helps reduce the burden of HPV cancers in Alabama!
